These practical, hands-on workshops, are proposed by David Campbell, sculptor and stone-cutter of over 40 years' experience many or whose works can be seen on the site (and also on his Facebook page: David Campbell-sculpteur).
The workshop will revolve around whatever your particular interest is, be it sculpture - abstract or figurative - or stone-cutting (shaping the stones for architecture).
The work will be done exclusively with traditional hand tools (furnished).

Participating in just one workshop will give you a theoretical understanding of the craft, as well as a feeling for the work and for the matter, and for the way your hands must move in order to shape the stone as you wish.
You may improve your skill by participating in additional workshops, at whatever frequency suits you; each workshop will be personalised according to your progress.
