Embark on a 6 km hike departing from Cassis. Cross the calanques of Port-Miou, Port-Pin, and one of the most famous, En-Vau. Discover sensational landscapes as you trek along the crystalline waters that meander like fjords.
Start by exploring the 1400m long Calanque of Port-Miou that houses a marina and conceals a rich heritage. Learn about a former site of exploitation of a limestone quarry and an underground river.
Along the coast, continue until you reach the calanque of Port-Pin, marking the entrance to Marseille.
Discover a winding cove home to a pretty pebble cove with turquoise waters which you can, if you wish, taste the freshness of its waters during a break.
Start to gain a little altitude, which will gradually take you up to 90m above sea level, to the En-Vau belvedere, revealing its beach in reverse, low and buried between the high cliffs.

-1.5L of water minimum per person
-Walking shoes
-A snack
-Cap, sunscreen

- Meet at the Calanque de Port-Miou, in front of the explanatory panels.
However, you will not be able to park at this address. You will have to park at Impasse Calendal if there are spaces or nearby. Then there will be a 5 minute walk to reach the meeting point.
Do not hesitate to use the “prohibited except local residents” signs.
From Marseille:
-Possibility of carpooling from Cassis station (subject to availability).
-Bus 78 stop Belsunce, then 20 minutes on foot.
From Cassis:
-20 minutes walk from the city center
Impasse Calendal and surrounding areas. Paid parking by parking meter.
