Hiking and Yoga Summer : day or half-day outings to breathe and recharge your batteries
- Day hikes and high altitude lakes : magnificent day hikes facing the glaciers, a small blueberry pie and yoga practice for those who wish : total rejuvenation !
- Hike and Yoga : short hike followed by a 1h30 yoga practice, on Monday afternoons
- Wildlife and Wonder hike : magnificent hike in the country of ibexes/chamois/marmots
- Flora and Tasting hike : edible plants tasting hike and other treats

Tailor-made hikes for families and tribes : I can organise your hikes adapted to your group and your desires up to 5/9/12 people.

These prices include the loan of poles, observation equipment and a snack, mats, transport for a maximum of 8 people, and transport if there are more.
