Starting with just one participant, enjoy a personalized workshop lasting around 3 to 4 hours, where you'll be able to choose your complete menu (starter, main course and dessert) from a list of proposals: traditional, family or world cuisine.
To facilitate organization, a package including ingredients and table service is available. The total time required for your activity, including tasting time, is therefore around 4 to 5 hours. A lower rate may be offered if you wish to purchase the ingredients yourself and if the chef takes leave at the end of the workshop without table service.
For those with a sweet tooth, a traditional French pastry workshop is also available, lasting around 3 hours.
Chef Clément has been sharing his passion for cooking since 2012, after completing a 5-year training course at the Lycée Hôtelier de Marseille. Over 10,000 people have taken part in his workshops. He also founded his online cooking school Visiochef, and in 2023 became an olive grower in Provence (olive oil producer).
