Discover rock climbing at La Baume, or in Orpierre : unique natural sites!

This activity is suitable for all ages (children aged 7 and above). Climbing allows you to enjoy the great outdoors in pleasant locations and can meet a variety of needs: - physical endurance - tranquillity and conviviality - mental development (self-confidence, self-control, pushing your limits, etc.) Climbing, with its many facets, appeals to a wide audience. The session will take place at the Rocher de la Baume in Sisteron: see you there! This activity is also suitable for experienced climbers who are on holiday or living in the Alpes-de-Haute-Provence region and would like to spend half a day or a full day improving their skills. Activity subject to booking. Wear comfortable clothing (such as trainers and Bermuda shorts). Please note that it is always cool at the Rocher de la Baume: bring short and long sleeves to cover up at the start of the activity (even in summer!). Also bring water and a snack if necessary.
