Welcome to Magic Yoga Kids! The well-being of your children is my mission. In a joyful atmosphere, they will learn how to take care of themselves. While playing, they will practice yoga poses and deep breathing, which will help them for all life !
Children practice yoga through games which help them to be concentrated
Yoga poses, deep breathing, relaxations: just like adults, kids learn and progress far from any competition!
Step by step, the children become more aware of their body and also their emotions.
They learn how to take care of themselves and little by little build up an emotional toolbox that will serve them throughout their lives!
Sessions can also be organized as private lessons at home
