With the help of an expert guide and a booklet on creating a blend, participants will discover the aromatic subtleties of the different grape varieties used in the Beaumes-de-Venise appellation, enabling them to create a blend that reflects their own style and taste. Each participant leaves with their own creation, labeled and bottled.
