Yoga - Hatha - Sivananda - Vinyasa Meditation

Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga teacher certified by Yoga Alliance, Private lessons and Yoga therapy / Yoga coaching. Please register at least the day before the session.

Rates

- Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga certified by Yoga Alliance, Private classes and Yoga therapy/Yoga coaching:
1 hour session: €55 (1 person) / €80 (2 people)

- Group classes on Thursdays from 6.30pm to 8pm in Saint Chaffrey: €14/person
5-session season ticket: €60
I offer yoga classes to suit everyone, with mats and blocks provided. We'll work together to determine your availability and any special requests you may have, so that you can progress with complete peace of mind.
