Longe-côte aquatic walking is an eco-friendly activity, perfect for combining well-being, discovery and visual pleasure in the heart of Mediterranean nature. Why give it a try? Immerse yourself in an exceptional natural environment A fun and friendly activity Discover terrestrial and marine flora and fauna A moment of relaxation and well-being for your health Practical info : Meeting points (weather permitting): Plage de la Bergerie, Plage des Estagnets (Almanarre Sud) or Plage de l'Ayguade. Duration: Approx. 1h30 (equipment, briefing & activity). Distance covered: 1km From age 13 Hot drink offered at the end of the ride. Session led by qualified sports instructors. Equipment provided: Wetsuit (depending on season) and slippers provided (min. size 36). Please arrive 10 min before the start of the activity, near the white Renault Trafic parked in the parking lot.
