Naturopathic hike and poetry in Calanque of Sugiton (half-day)

915 Rond-Point du Prado, 13008 Marseille
Discover the sumptuous panoramas of the Calanques and its local medicinal flora, while quenching your thirst for knowledge in health (nutrition, hygiene) during a hike where poetry meets pedagogy.
We will meet at the entrance of Parc Chanot (metro station Rond-point du Prado on line 2) at 9:30 am to take public transport together bringing us to the meeting point of the hike. Those who prefer to meet us directly by car can come in front of the school of fine arts (184 avenue de Luminy) for 10h.

The outing will begin by crossing a forest on a flat path where I'll introduce you to the local flora and its benefits, before descending to the cove, discovering magical panoramas.

Depending on your questions, the walk and the swimming/snack break will also be interspersed with nutrition/lifestyle advice so that you leave the day with additional general natural health tips applicable to everyday life.

On the way back, if time permits and you agree with this, we'll make a detour to discover another breathtaking viewpoint for your souvenir photos.

On the way back, there will be various educational poetry interludes, such as slams summarizing the benefits of the plants encountered along the way, as well as other natural health tips, such as the physical and psychological benefits of walking in nature (to name just a few!). In short: naturopathy lessons set to rhyme and flow (but at the moment, the english version of my hike only contains a single poetic piece of 4-5 minutes about hike in calanques and natural health).

There will also be other surprises that you'll have to discover on site, so don't hesitate to come and discover Provence, naturopathy, and slam poetry with me, all in the same day!

PS: it is possible to book a different day of the week than the dates that are directly bookable on the site. In this case, please contact the Tourist Office so that they can see with me according to my availabilities of the week. This hike is just as interesting to be done in autumn and winter as during the spring and summer season to discover, smell and taste other colors and textures of its flora according to the season. The actual walking time is only 3h (1h30 to 1h30 back on average)
