Orienteering in Pastré's countryside

Orienteering is an activity open to all! It is indeed easy to adapt the routes and the physical commitment to be provided for all publics. It is a very fun activity that allows for many alternatives and calls upon the physical and intellectual qualities of each individual, whether practiced as a leisure activity or in competition. With friends or family, Orienteering is perfect for sharing moments together and reinforce the team spirit! This activity depends entirely on the outdoor environment to be able to exist and this whatever it is: in the forest, in the city or in the mountains, everything lends itself to the practice of Orienteering! This particularity makes it the outdoor sport by excellence!
