There are two routes to choose from, depending on the thrills you're looking for: the ‘classic descent’ (2 hours) or the ‘sport integral’ (3 hours 30 minutes) for the most intrepid. Whichever option you choose, your instructor's priority will be to make sure you have a great time, a good time and guaranteed thrills in complete safety.
