Théo's workshops are for anyone who loves Pastis and Provence. They offer an incomparable experience in which visitors are invited to discover the secrets of Pastis making. Meet us at our distillery, Le Vadrouilleur, in Sault, in the heart of the Pays Bleu.
Our master distiller will guide you through the entire process of creating your pastis, right up to bottling.
The workshop begins with an introduction to pastis. You'll then discover the world of aromas. You can taste different macerates and blend them to create your own pastis.
The master distiller will be on hand to guide you through the recipe. Guides and blending ideas are also available to help you if necessary.
The workshop even allows you to create your own personalized label to dress the bottle of Pastis (50cl) made by each visitor.
The workshop closes with a moment of relaxation and exchange, with a tasting of Anista Pastis revealed in one of the house cocktails.
