The Rabou Canyon, nestled at the foot of the Dévoluy, is a water-filled, fun-filled canyon that can also be a real challenge for the more adventurous.

With slides, jumps of up to 8 metres and abseils of up to 13 metres, this canyon offers plenty of flexibility, as it is equipped along almost its entire length. So, depending on your preferences or any concerns you may have, the guide can suggest using a controlled abseil or guiding your descent rather than throwing yourself in at the deep end. Here’s your chance to discover a geological massif and an exceptional setting, taking you back several thousand years in time – a complete change of scenery guaranteed! We provide all the thermal and safety equipment required for the activity, and our qualified guide will ensure you’re well looked after, whether you’re looking to push your limits or simply enjoy some time with family or friends. Special conditions: the approach walk is very short and easily accessible; however, please note that although short, the return path is quite steep. Jumps and abseils can be adapted and/or converted into braked abseils by the guide depending on your concerns and the conditions. If you have a strong fear of heights, we can suggest alternative activity locations to make you feel more at ease. As canyoning is an activity sensitive to weather changes (thunderstorms, heavy rain), the activity may be postponed or cancelled if conditions require it for obvious safety reasons. Please bring a swimsuit, a pair of trainers suitable for getting wet, and a towel.
