The hills made famous by Marcel Pagnol open up towards the rocky bars of Saint-Esprit. Along the way, you alternate between walking and conscious breathing inspired by meditation and sophrology. Uphill and downhill sections follow one another on stony tracks and paths, inviting you to adopt a steady, attentive pace. This hike favors a rather silent approach, conducive to listening to sensations and the landscape. A different way of approaching the hills, between controlled movement and self-presence.
