Site Archéologique d'Olbia, 559 Route de l'Almanarre, 83400 Hyères
Founded by the Greeks around 325 BC, the fortified town of Olbia, which means "the blessed", was once a maritime port of call. Numerous Greek and Roman remains have been unearthed, including thermal baths, shops and settlements.
SELF-GUIDED TOUR At your own pace, equipped with your tour guide, stroll through the archaeological park and let yourself be enchanted by the beauty of the site! Walk punctuated by stations. Tour guide available as a free download from hyeres.fr Practical information Duration: approx. 1 hour Bring closed shoes, sun protection (hat cap...) Free admission for children under 18 (with proof of age) (accompanied by an adult), guides and holders of : students, education, ICOM, press and disability passes. Open from April to November Wheelchair accessible Reserved PRM area WC + grab bar + circulation space Possibility of dropping someone off in front of the site No reservation required, subject to availability.
