In this lively experience accessible to all, you'll explore the history of cocoa, a sacred and medicinal plant from South America, and its artisanal and ethical processing methods. Guided step by step, you'll prepare your own "bean to bar" chocolate - just like in the finest chocolate factories - as well as the traditional Xocolatl drink. You'll also have the opportunity to discover the use of ancestral tools such as the metate, a traditional Mesoamerican stone used to grind cocoa.
