Physical level: you need to be able to climb a 1000-meter vertical drop (3 to 5 hours of effort, depending on the snow conditions), and still be in good shape for the descent! Technical level: you are familiar with ski touring equipment, you know how to make uphill conversions, and you have a good level of downhill skiing (you are at ease, or almost at ease, in all snow conditions).
