The sight of this bird will delight the observer, as its warm tones ignite the tender green of the reedbed, the most colorful of herons: the Purple Heron...
During this outing, harsh, raspy and discordant sound expressions are thrown at our ears: cries, for can we hear a song in such a lack of harmony?
Would they even startle us if accompanied by the bird's flight?
The vision of this bird will delight the observer, its warm tones inflaming the tender green of the reedbed, the most colorful of herons: the Purple Heron...
There is an ephemeral yet exuberant moment in a spring day that symbolizes, perhaps more than any other, the new season... At dawn, the songs of the most diverse birds reveal themselves, mingle and come together to offer a captivating musical experience: the dawn chorus...
We encourage you to get up early to awaken your senses, and share this space of time when the marshes, at sunrise, take on a spellbinding ambience. This early-morning visit is ideal for learning more about the reedbed birds with enigmatic names such as the Bittern, the Little Bittern and the Whiskered Warbler.
Every Saturday in April, at sunrise, our naturalist guide Jean-Marc takes you on an exceptional themed outing to the heart of the nature reserve.
