Come behind the scenes of the oldest « nougaterie » in Vaucluse, guardian of an ancestral know-how, at the heart of our manufacturing workshops.

A Nougat Master Confectioner since 1887, André Boyer has been strictly following ancestral recipes in making white nougat, black nougat, Provencal macaroons, einkorn galettes, Calissons, traditional marshmallows and
much more.
We invite you to come and discover the ancestral know-how of our Maison, by entering the heart of our
manufacturing workshops.
During your visit, you will explore a small museum explaining the history and the production of our
confectionery.
