Thanks to a collaboration between an Ericksonian hypnosis practitioner and a sommelier, let yourself be transported by the emotions generated by wine and the voluptuousness of your senses.

After an introduction to the basics of wine tasting and sensory awakening, we'll suggest a relaxation exercise in the form of self-hypnosis, in order to experience a different psychic and physical state that will enhance the experience. You will then taste the wines proposed under hypnosis, while being surprised by the sensory discovery provided by the altered state of consciousness.
