The 2 Glaciers municipal campsite is located in the hamlet of Casset, 15 minutes walk from the village of Monêtier les Bains. Possibility to book online.
With a capacity of 98 pitches, including 57 with electricity, the 2 Glaciers campsite is nestled in an exceptional natural site, between the village of Monêtier-les-Bains and the hamlet of Casset (Serre Chevalier).
A 1 km drive and a 15 min walk will take you to the village where you will find shops and services, as well as the Grands Bains establishment (relaxation centre with natural hot water).
Starting from the campsite, a multitude of hiking trails are available for beginners and experienced hikers.
Close to the campsite are climbing and via ferrata sites.
For mountain bikers, there are small paths leading to the Lautaret and Galibier passes, and shady forest trails.
For anglers, the Guisane river borders the campsite, with two small lakes at the entrance, and there are a number of mountain lakes open to anglers.
You can also enjoy all kinds of white-water sports: kayaking and rafting on the river or lake.
The campsite has a communal room with a library and board games. For adults: volleyball court, petanque area, table tennis table.
Barbecues and tables with benches are available for barbecues and picnics.
