Le Noyer du Baron

The pitches are grassed, shaded and spacious (100 m2 ). In the centre are comfortable sanitary blocks with hot water at all points and constant maintenance. A sanitary room with shower and WC for people with reduced mobility and families with children and babies.

The campsite has an emptying area for motorhomes.

Le Noyer du Baron also offers a range of accommodation. The most classic, our mobile homes, have 2 bedrooms, a living room with kitchen, bathroom, WC and terrace. They can sleep 4 to 6 people, with 2 beds in the living room.

For a comfortable night's sleep in the great outdoors, you can opt for our fully insulated wooden kbanes, with a bedroom and breakfast area, and a bathroom with shower, washbasin and WC (bed linen and towels provided). Or for our tipis, spacious tents with double and single beds. For each of these accommodations, outside, a work surface for cooking in the open air, with utensils, crockery, stove and fridge, table/chairs and deckchairs available. Our cabins are made from wood from sustainably managed forests. The roof is covered with shingles.

For your relaxation, there is a covered terrace with seating and tables. Books and games are available. There's a play area and a caravan for the little ones, and for everyone there's a table tennis table, petanque, badminton or molkky pitch (equipment available from reception) and football cages. There are plenty of activities to do around the campsite, including the lake 200m away (paddle, boat), waterfalls, the river and its white-water sports, a family cycling route to Serre-Ponçon via the tunnels of the old railway line, and great walks to discover our mountain lakes or the mountain pastures.

Last but not least, the campsite applies an eco-responsible approach: eco-label products are used, sanitary water is heated by solar energy, the lighting is LED and partly photovoltaic, the watering of the plants is regulated by a drip system, no phytosanitary products are used, waste is sorted and compost recovered.
