This gîte is located on one of the most open viewpoints of the Gorges du Verdon, in the heart of the grand canyon. It's a unique place to stay on the Route des Crêtes, with its typical Provencal character.

The chalet is not connected to the public networks and is therefore dependent on spring water which feeds the underground tanks throughout the year. This situation requires us to take drastic measures to save water and to ensure that we can welcome hikers and climbers throughout the season:
- Showers are closed except for stays of more than three nights;
- The wet toilets are closed and replaced by dry toilets located outside and reserved for people staying at the chalet; they are open from the evening to the morning and closed during the day, taking into account the high number of visitors near the chalet.
We thank you to bring enough water for your personal consumption and to be very vigilant about your water consumption in the chalet.
