With a capacity of 33 people, the refuge du Laverq welcomes you all year round in shared rooms (from 5 to 8 people) and also has a natural camping area with access to sanitary facilities.
Ideal for day hikes or touring, the gîte refuge is located at the start of many hikes and is an important stop-off point for long-distance hiking trails (GR56, GR69, GR6).
With a philosophy of ‘living here with what we have’, you'll find local and seasonal produce on your plate, for a simple, family-style and generous cuisine. Clément and Flora will welcome you for one or more nights, lunch or dinner, but also for a snack or an aperitif, on the sunny terrace in summer or in the cosy lounge in winter. Sharing and good humour are the order of the day!

- In summer, the 2.5 km trail leads to the car park opposite the gîte refuge (Audemard car park).
In winter, the track is often snowy and icy, and is reserved for vehicles with chains.
We recommend that you leave your vehicle at the car park above Les Clarionds and walk or snowshoe the remaining 2.5 km along the path parallel to the piste, following the signs for ‘Parking Audemard’ or ‘Abbaye’.
A short walk in the calm of winter awaits you to reach the refuge, while enjoying the snow-covered scenery of the valley!
If you prefer a lighter climb, we can come and collect your luggage.
