Stay in a secure Provencal-style CAP SOLEIL residence located on the Saint Mandrier sur Mer peninsula, a protected natural site.
The residence overlooks the sea, surrounded by pine trees, gardens, pedestrian lanes and peaceful surroundings.
Access to a private wild cove, 2 swimming pools open from June to the end of September (subject to government health conditions that may prohibit access to the pools), 3 tennis courts, ping-pong tables and petanque court, children's playground.

A fully-equipped kitchenette, with fridge/freezer, induction hob (2 burners), microwave/heating oven combo, filter and Nespresso coffee maker, washing machine and dishwasher, kettle, toaster, cutlery and crockery.
Bathroom with bathtub, washbasin and heated towel rail.
Large dressing room with mirror and storage cupboards. Ironing board and iron.
Separate toilet.

A 20-square-meter terrace shaded by a pretty pomegranate tree with a table and 4 chairs for your meals and 2 new chiliennes for siestas.
The studio was renovated in May/June 2019 and March 2020, and all equipment is new or almost new.

Pets allowed. No smoking inside.

Rental from Saturday 3:00 pm to Saturday 11:00 am (can be adapted to the same times from Sunday to Sunday depending on availability).

Deposit 40% on signature of lease, balance 30 days before start of rental period,

Deposit required on reservation (but not cashed): 550 €.

Possibility of a cleaning package for 30 € (in addition to the rental price).
