North-facing, garden view, beach 100 m away.
The apartment comprises a main living room/equipped kitchen, with sofa bed, and a bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed, bathroom and WC.
The main room is equipped with a double-glazed bay window with electric roller shutter opening onto a balcony of approx. 5 m2.
washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster...
Flat-screen TV, wifi, private parking.
Bed linen and towels provided.
Final cleaning included.
3* tourist accommodation
We are a family with 3 children and are natives of Hyères.
We occupy a part of the building and are at your disposal to welcome you and give you advice.
Parties and festive events (EVG, EVJF) totally forbidden.

We are fortunate to live in a privileged place. But we're also aware of the fragility of this environment, and we're convinced that we can play a part, however small, in protecting it:
