South-facing, sea view, beach 100 m away.
The apartment comprises a main living room/equipped kitchen with sofa bed and a bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed, bathroom and toilet.
Both rooms have double-glazed windows with electric shutters opening onto a balcony of approx. 10 m2.
washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster...
flat-screen TV, wifi, private parking.
Bed linen and towels provided.
Final cleaning included.
3* tourist accommodation
We are a family with 3 children and are natives of Hyères.
We occupy a part of the building and are at your disposal to welcome you and give you advice.
Parties and festive events (EVG, EVJF) totally forbidden.

We are fortunate to live in a privileged place. But we're also aware of the fragility of this environment, and we're convinced that we can play a part, however small, in protecting it:
