Apartment T2 - 3 persons

To access the apartment, you have your own entrance (key-operated gate) which opens onto a private 42-square-meter terrace, equipped with table, chairs and parasol, barbecue and outdoor shower.

Please note: there's a ramp at the entrance, so it's not at all suitable for people with reduced mobility or baby carriages!

Next to the entrance, you'll also find a sunny sunbathing area.

The apartment comprises a small bedroom with a double bed (160cm), a pretty living room with a sofa bed in front of the TV, and a round dining table for winter evenings.
A word of warning for young parents: a cot won't fit in the bedroom, as there's a non-removable closet and a small bookshop at the foot of the double bed. Your little one will have to sleep in the living room next door.

The decor is very much in the Provencal spirit: the blue of the sea and the yellow of the sun make the space very bright and pleasant.

Please note: the sofa-bed is equipped with two separate 75 x 180 beds, so can accommodate two children - not suitable for two adults!

Prepare your meals in the fully-equipped kitchen, which opens onto the living room.
The bathroom has a spacious shower cubicle, washing machine, towel dryer, hairdryer, washbasin and WC.
Air conditioning is convertible and there are electric radiators in the bedroom and living room.

The property is ideal for both vacations and business stays, thanks to its proximity to Toulon, which can be reached by shuttle bus in 25 minutes.

All water sports activities are available nearby.
Boats can be hired with or without a license.
An E.Leclerc supermarket is a 10-minute walk away, and the bakery is at the end of the landscaped park, in front of the Tourist Office. At the Fisherman's Stand near the pier, you'll find the best fresh fish for your grills!
