Set in a pleasant garden. Close to water sports clubs for windsurfing, kitesurfing and sailing, as well as mountain biking. It's quick and easy to get around Hyères and the surrounding area, by car or with a bus just 300 m away. Take the opportunity to sample the local cuisine and visit the wonderful islands of Hyères (Porquerolles, Port-Cros and Le Levant), and follow the seaside road from Toulon to St Tropez. Perfect for couples with children, with direct access to the sea on a gently sloping, white-sand beach.

Insulation work on the roof and facade of the residence, as well as replacement of all openings (with integrated electric blinds and mosquito screens), to be carried out in 2023, for greater comfort, given the high temperatures recently observed in the Var.
