Beautiful apartment (closed by a retractable glass curtain) facing the sea and the marina in Six fours les Plages (between the peninsula of Gaou and the beautiful village of Sanary sur mer) in the field of Coudoulière in the Residence of standing "Les rivages de coudoulière" on the 2nd floor with large private parking space in the basement next to the elevator and that leads you to the level of the apartment (no stairs)
Beaches at 100 m

The apartment includes:
- A fully equipped kitchenette (new washing machine, new dishwasher, new large fridge with new freezer, induction hob, microwave, Senseo coffee maker, toaster, kettle, vacuum cleaner, standing fan, iron + table ...).
- A living room with a "rapido" sofa bed (140 cm) on a quality Dunlopillo mattress, adjustable headrests and comforter cover, 108 cm TV, table with extension), a storage cupboard.
- A room with window including a bed in 140 and a mezzanine bed in 90 for child from 6 years, a cupboard of arrangement with a safe in free access with key.
- Bathroom with towel heater (hair dryer provided), separate toilet.

The residence has a 340 m2 swimming pool (free access) with solarium equipped with deckchairs and parasols (free) and a paddling pool for young children open from early April to mid-October.
At the bottom of the residence, you will find local shops (mini-market, bakery, pharmacy, tobacconist, restaurants, hairdresser, lounge bars). At the back of the residence, the magnificent Coudoulière park with lakes. Without taking the car, you will be able to make beautiful strolls or jogging, of the accrobranche (park Coudou), of the mini-golf, tennis, park skateboard.
In front of the residence, you can visit the Mediterranean park with children's games (merry-go-rounds, trampolines, green spaces for picnics). Pleasant bicycle paths will lead you on one side to the picturesque village of Sanary sur Mer and its famous Provencal market and on the other side to the small village of Le Brusc and its peninsula of Gaou.

Deposit 500€ (security deposit) +80€ for cleaning (returned according to the inventory of fixtures) + swimming pool bracelets (25€/bracelet).
