Our apartment was completely refurbished in early 2024. It's located in a small, secure residence, in a very quiet area above the Bonnegrâce beach (Six-Fours' main sandy beach), just 200 m away on foot, and there are also small coves nearby (5 min walk). It's a lively neighborhood (bars, restaurants, stores, bakery...) and sporty (surfing, paddle, beach volleyball, cycling...) The port and Sanary's big market are about 12 minutes away on foot. There's also a friendly Sunday market at Les Lônes, 6 minutes away on foot. The apartment is on the 3rd and top floor with elevator. With a surface area of 43m2, all rooms open onto the 15m2 terrace with its sublime panoramic view over Sanary bay and the Embiez islands, and it can accommodate a maximum of 3 people. It comprises : - a living room (lounge/kitchen) of approx. 28m2, with access to the panoramic sea-view terrace. The lounge area features a sofa bed (160x200); the kitchen area is fully equipped with plenty of storage space and an island, ideal for a 2-person lunch by the sea. - a 10 m2 bedroom with 2 beds 80x200 that can be combined to form 1 double bed 160x200, with access to the terrace, and plenty of storage space (closet columns, chests of drawers, etc.). - shower room with large 120x80 shower - separate toilet. - Entrance hall with 1 large cupboard and laundry area with washing machine. - 1 Terrace of 15 m2 with table and 4 chairs, 2 chiliennes to enjoy the outdoors and the magnificent sunsets. Main equipment : Fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction hob, hood, central island with breakfast nook, Nespresso coffee maker, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, blender, mixer, mini chopper, washing machine, hair dryer, Smart TV HD, reversible air conditioning, iron and ironing board. A private indoor parking space is available. Leave your car, as everything can be done on foot, and we can also store bicycles. Bed linen and towels provided on request and chargeable. Some practical information: - The apartment is strictly non-smoking - Pets are not allowed due to the risk of allergies. - No parties (the condominium is family-owned and we thank you for avoiding noise after 10 p.m.) - 800€ deposit required on arrival (cheque or cash), returned after departure inventory. - The accommodation must be left clean with garbage cans emptied, dishwasher empty and fridge/freezer cleaned. - Arrival times: between 3pm and 8pm, depending on availability. - Check-out times: between 8am and 10am, subject to availability.

    That's why we'd like to share this issue with our guests and inform them of certain actions they can take to respect the environment.
    Sort your garbage:
    You'll find sorting garbage cans outside the residence.
    Use environmentally-friendly cleaning products:
    You'll find all the cleaning products you need in the residence. We have chosen all kinds of products carefully selected for their non-toxicity. Use them every day.
    Saving water, a few examples :
    Turn off the tap when brushing your teeth, and don't leave the shower running too long...
    Use the dishwasher instead...
    Reduce energy consumption, for example:
    Use the microwave rather than the electric oven, cover pots and pans when cooking, etc...
    Important: Turn off the air conditioner when you leave the premises or have the windows open.
    If you have 2 air-conditioning units, try not to run them at the same time.
    To encourage you to reduce electricity consumption, we will invoice you for electricity consumption in excess of 8kw/day on the basis of the meter reading during your stay.

    You may have other ideas or habits of your own in terms of respect for the environment... Don't hesitate to apply them! We thank you in advance for any efforts you make in this direction!
