First floor of a quiet villa: large swimming pool area (open in summer) with games, boules, ping-pong, babyfoot, barbecue, shaded garden and terrace, bright interior, 10min from the beach of Les Sablettes, many hikes, nice owners on the second floor

First floor of an independent villa (semi-detached with the owners located upstairs), in a quiet corner of a subdivision with large garden and fenced pool 4x9m (filtration system without chlorine Bio UV, pool heated by heat pump if needed in June and September, regular slope of 80cm to 1.80m), south facing, view on the hill and the forest.
Classified as a 3* tourist accommodation.
Living room with sofa bed, equipped kitchen, adult bedroom and small bedroom under the slope (ideal for young children). Terrace and barbecue sheltered for the hot and sunny days.
Swimming pool, petanque, ping-pong, darts, table soccer: enough to keep you busy away from the world! Or lounge chairs in the shade of the fifty-year-old apricot tree or the large walnut tree for quiet reading or 'farniente'. Board games are also available. Fireplace "pleasure" for the winter.
Our region is beautiful all year round with its countless hiking trails and coastal paths less frequented in the off-season!
The owners are always happy to meet new people and share this beautiful region !
Claire applies herself to "do her part" as in the Amerindian legend of the hummingbird and wishes to develop exchanges with the holidaymakers around ecogestures, happy sobriety, small steps that we each wish to make to contribute to a fairer world... in mutual respect and that of the planet.

For swimming and sea bathing, the Sablettes beach is 10 minutes away by car, the most beautiful market in France (Sanary) is 15 minutes away. To stroll in the evening in summer: nightly craft markets in Sablettes or Sanary
and many other things to discover :-)
5 mn from the highway to visit the region : Le Castellet, St-Tropez, Aix-en-Provence...

Selective sorting in the kitchen, compost, vegetable garden, homemade products (wine & jam), reusable bags, Bio-UV-treated swimming pool (no chlorine).
For the house: various solar panels (including self-consumption), green electricity supplier (Ilek), heat pump, garden furniture made from recycled pallets.
Suggestions for discussions on anti-gaspi cooking, homemade or eco-friendly household products, 2nd hand shopping or reducing our consumption (happy sobriety) or small gestures ("doing your bit" as in the Amerindian legend of the hummingbird).
