Breathtaking sunset views.
First floor: large closet, bathroom with bathtub and toilet, bedroom, large terrace (same view as below).
Basement parking.
At the rear of the residence, a beautifully landscaped park (many trees, birds, ducks, etc.).

Sustainable tourism and eco-responsibility depend on everyone's behavior: respect for neighbors (absence of noise), energy conservation (lighting, water and electricity conservation => parsimonious use of dishwasher, washing machine, reasoned consumption of hot water, no baths but showers, not leaving taps running unnecessarily, etc.), not smoking, including on the terraces (smoke going onto neighbors' balconies), maintaining the cleanliness of the premises used, honesty when an object is broken by the tenant, in short, everything that's normal behavior and shouldn't need regulations for that.
