The flat is on the 3rd floor without a lift.
With a surface area of 52m2, it can accommodate 4 people and comprises :
- living room with sofa, balcony with sea view
- a kitchen with loggia (plenty of storage space)
- a master bedroom with a 140cm bed
- a second bedroom with twin beds (80cm) that can be converted into a 160cm bed. This bedroom has a large balcony with sunbathing area.
- a bathroom with shower
- separate toilet.
Facilities : Fridge-freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction hob, espresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster, raclette/grill machine, washing machine, hairdryer, television, air conditioning, heating.
Fibre Wi-Fi at no extra charge. Very good speed.
A private outdoor parking space is available.
Bed linen and towels provided.
A few practical details:
- the flat is non-smoking
- pets are not allowed (to protect allergy sufferers)- no parties (the co-ownership rules require quiet after 10pm)- a security deposit of €500 is required on arrival (cheque or cash), which is returned after the apartment has been inspected on departure.
- a rental contract with a request for a deposit will be sent before arrival.
- Arrival time: 3pm, departure time: 11am - we will try, as far as possible, to adapt these times to your wishes.
Compulsory cleaning supplement: €70
Tourist tax in addition, to be paid on site.For practical reasons we rent for a minimum of 4 nights out of season, by the week only in July and August.
