Since 2022, we have been personally welcoming holidaymakers to our beautiful 3-star air-conditioned apartment, furnished to contemporary taste for maximum comfort, with secure parking, and ideally located just a few minutes' walk from PENO beach in Carqueiranne.

Classified 3*** for this modern furnished airconditioned 49m² 2 room flat, 2nd floor, (No Smoking) with a 12m² balcony equipped with a comfortable lounge area to relax from after your day at the beach. If you want you can leave the car in the garage and you can reach in some minutes the marina with it's restaurants and the beach, and the village with its shops and the weekly market (thursday mornings). The marina of Hyères is starting point for cruises to the islands of Porquerolles and Port Cros and only 10-15 minute by car.

The living room is equipped with a huge and comfortable sofa bed (2 persons), flat screen TV and free Wi-Fi.
In the kitchen you will find a huge fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, mixer...

The bedroom is equipped with a 160 x 200 bed and a wardrobe, you have here also access to the balcony.
The bathroom has a washbasin, hairdryer, shower, washing machine and a dryer.
