Anasa apartment, first floor, with electric reclining beds.
Located about 800m from the thermal baths.

Kitchen redone at the end of 2018, bed deck added at the same time. All appliances changed between 2018 and 2023.
Traditional coffee maker with filters (supplied). Combined refrigerator with bottom-mounted freezer (3 drawers).
New, easy-to-use combination oven and microwave (instructions displayed). Full inventory sent on contact.
The bedroom has 2 electric single beds in one, with high-quality latex mattresses and hypoallergenic memory foam overlays.
The sofa in the living room is comfortable and convertible.
From June onwards, the terrace, which is covered, is sunny from around 2pm-3pm until around 6pm-7pm, allowing you to enjoy lunch and dinner without being in direct sunlight.
The terrace is enclosed by planters.
Terrace furniture includes chairs and tables, as well as two recliners.
To make it safer for people with health problems like me, I've added a grab bar above the bathtub, as well as a handle on the rim.
The toilet also has a grab bar.
The bathroom is equipped with an electric towel dryer that also heats the room.
Being on the first floor, the apartment stays relatively cool in summer, with a maximum of 260C recorded during the heatwaves of 2022 and 2023.
A column fan is at your disposal, and for cooler periods, each room is equipped with electric heating.
The residence's swimming pool (managed by the local council) is open from July 1 to August 31 (generally operational), at no extra charge.
