The 139 m2 of this majestic gîte are divided as follows: First floor: entrance hall, laundry room, WC, living room, kitchen and dining room; 1st floor: 4 bedrooms, one with a double bed, two shower rooms and two WCs.
You'll love the gîte for family reunions or get-togethers with friends. The 139 m2 château can accommodate up to 9 people, but can also host up to 25 guests in the dining room. You'll be amazed by this 2-storey gîte designed for conviviality and sharing in a somewhat noble and august setting. You'll oscillate constantly between past and present, between the life of a noble squire and the more popular life of a tavern-goer, and it's this very special atmosphere that characterizes this accommodation. You'll travel back in time with the prestige of the high ceilings in the 4 rooms, named Roseline, Gustine, Phylomène and Léontine respectively, in homage to the women who, for 3 of them, ran the bar in the last century, the delightful moldings, the elegant columns, the beautiful sculpted fireplace, the wall tapestries, the antique doors, and you'll return to the present with the dining room furnished with the bar's old tables.
While the "quiet" area with bedrooms and two bathrooms is on the second floor, it's on the first floor that group life is organized. As soon as you enter, you'll find a large 40m2 living room where you can spend some quality time. There's even a piano to brighten up your evenings, even if it's not in tune! Next door is the kitchen, well-equipped for group logistics, followed by the dining room, where we hope you'll enjoy a good feast.
Thanks to a "back" door, you have direct access to the château's courtyard via its ancestral spiral staircase, the stone of which is worn by passage.
Outside, you'll find barbecue facilities, picnic tables, deckchairs and play areas.
This gîte can be rented with other accommodations in the same building, making it ideal for groups.
