Villa Philia, decorated in a Mediterranean style, welcomes you for your holidays. Located in the marvellous bay of Cavalaire with its fine sandy beaches, you will appreciate the air conditioning, heated swimming pool and bowling green.

The seaside resort of Cavalaire sur mer is renowned for its 5 km of fine sandy beaches, the 2nd most popular diving site in France, and its many water sports activities. Villa Philia sleeps up to 8 people, with a hillside view and an exotic enclosed garden (giant palm trees, bay trees, lemon trees, rosemary bushes, etc.). The Villa comprises : - Ground floor: spacious, bright living room with large corner sofa, fitted kitchen, 1 double bedroom, shower room and WC. - Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (2 double beds and 3 twin beds), 1 bathroom with bath and shower, 1 separate WC. All rooms are air-conditioned for a cosy night's sleep. - Outside: terrace with table and chairs by the heated swimming pool from April to October, barbecue and outdoor lounge, deckchairs, enclosed garden, private petanque area and table tennis. Good to know: In high season, free shuttle bus (stop 30m away) to the village centre and beaches. So I'm preparing Villa Philia for you!
