La Chapelle Saint-Gervais is an inspiring place, both because it is steeped in history and because of its exceptional setting. As early as 970, a primitive chapel was built here, followed by a Templar church, which later became a farm. Today, the building houses three guest rooms. Pascale brings this place to life by welcoming you, cultivating the vegetable garden, inviting artists to exhibit, and offering a bit of theater... She also concocts the hearty breakfasts, choosing organic and local products. The same goes for the table d'hôte when she's behind the stove. Meals are served in winter by the fire, and in summer in the meadow, with a panoramic view over the wooded hills of the Bévéra valley.
