Villa Cytises (130 m²) is located in the secure "Boulouris Panorama" residence in Saint-Raphaël, a privileged setting between sea and nature. Just 100 meters from the sea and 150 meters from Le Dramont beach, the villa enjoys an exceptional location for swimmers, coastal walkers and hikers in the Estérel massif.

Renovation & comfort
The villa has recently benefited from a number of refurbishments, including the complete repainting of the shutters in September 2025, from a former pale pink to a warm, elegant salmon hue, which perfectly enhances the façade and the Mediterranean spirit of the house.
