Warm and comfortable gîte with living-dining room, sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms with double bed, bathroom with shower and separate toilet. Terrace overlooking the inner courtyard, balcony with view of the Colle Noire massif

The 45 m² Gîte Cabernet, recently renovated in 2023, offers a cosy and warm setting. It comprises a living room with dining area and sofa bed, a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen, and a bedroom with a double bed (160x200 cm), perfect for a couple or small family. The bathroom has a shower, and the toilet is separate for added convenience.
The terrace is pleasant and tranquil, with a view over the pétanque court, an ideal place to relax after a day of exploring.

Located in the magnificent Colle Noire area, a hill overlooking the sea, and at the heart of the wine estate whose name they bear, the Domaine de la Navicelle gîtes have been converted from the buildings of an old farmhouse. Their Provençal charm, with exposed beams and terracotta floors, combined with a modern, uncluttered decor, make for high-quality, 3-star-rated accommodation.
In this exceptional setting between land and sea, the estate offers seven gîtes ranging in size from 40 to 108 m2 - two of which are detached - sleeping from 4 to 9 people. They are open all year round. Each gîte has a terrace with outdoor furniture, whether with a view of the sea or the vineyards.
On the estate, you have access to a large swimming pool (from May to the end of September), a petanque area, barbecues and free Wi-Fi.

This rate does not yet include the tourist tax of €1.86/night/adult>18 years, nor the pet package (Gîtes OISEAUX I and II) of €15/pet/week, nor the linen hire option :

We offer 2 options for the hire of sheets and towels:
- option 1: for a fixed price of €12/person, we provide sheets and towels in the accommodation without making the beds
- option 2: for a fixed price of €20 per person, we will make your beds for you.

The bougainvillea blooming on the terrace of Gîte Cabernet adds a Mediterranean touch to your stay. Comfortably accommodating 4 people, it offers total immersion in the Navicelle wine estate. The 21 ha of vines are cultivated according to biodynamic principles and produce a certified organic wine. A heated swimming pool, pétanque court and padel tennis court are available to guests.
. As the Cabernet gîte is located in the holy of holies of generous wine-making, wine tourism enthusiasts will discover with their guests the work of the vine and the stages of vinification. For the rest of us, the ideal location is a central point for exploring the islands of Hyères and the many riches of the Port-Cros National Park.
