Very comfortable cottage. Carefully decorated, independent access, on the ground floor of the owners' house located on the hillside. From the swimming pool and the upper terrace panoramic view of the hills. Municipality bordering the Calanques National Park, a paradise for hikers (maps provided) and lovers of sea bathing and nautical and underwater activities. Many beaches are nearby. Quiet area 4.5 km from the sea. Ground floor: kitchen/living room (convertible sofa). Microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, very complete equipment, 2 coffee machines: 1 filter and 1 Nespresso. Bedroom with 2 twin 80x200 beds + 160 x 200 memory foam mattress topper. Shower room/WC (Italian shower 1m x 1m). 80 cm flat screen TV, free DVD player on request, radio, free Wifi. Reversible air conditioning (included). Bed sheets and towels included. Complete baby equipment. Electric heating included. Private outdoor space (140 m²) shaded, flowered, enclosed, garden furniture, electric barbecue. Private parking.
Additional person on request (15€/day and per person). Owners' swimming pool (8.50x4.10 m, depth of 1.10 to 1.80 m, from April 1 to October 31 from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. (swimming pool treated with bromine for greater comfort). Washing machine and dishwasher cleaning products provided. Cooler and picnic dishes provided. Housekeeping on request.
