The fully renovated apartment comprises a large living room with fully-equipped west-facing open kitchen. Two bedrooms, each with its own shower room (shower, washbasin and toilet). A large balcony and direct access to a garden.

The apartment is located in the hamlet of Roubion, a few meters from the grocery store and pizzeria, at the foot of the cross-country ski trails and ski school. It comprises a large 35 m2 living room (tv, board games, books) and a fully-equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, ceramic hob). You'll find everything you need to cook and enjoy your vacation (kitchen utensils, crockery, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, raclette, fondue, pierrade, basic products....).

Two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom (shower, washbasin, toilet), one facing west and opening onto a large balcony, with a double bed. A second east-facing bedroom with either two single beds or one double bed, depending on your requirements. A large west-facing balcony with a beautiful view of the upper Clarée valley. Direct access to the garden.
