Bathroom with separate WC and two double bedrooms (one for three people with a large 180 x 200 double bed and a single bed and the other for four people with a large double bed and bunk beds).
Second floor:
Two further bedrooms (one with three single beds and the other with a large double bed and a single bed and a private shower room / WC). There is also a second family bathroom with WC.
Basement:
An additional WC, a shower and a laundry/drying room with washing machine, tumble dryer and a very efficient heating system so that winter linen and ski clothes dry quickly.
There's an efficient oil-fired central heating system that ensures a warm return to the chalet after a day on the slopes, and plenty of hot water. A beautiful fireplace with wood supplied makes for cosy winter evenings.
The extensive grounds are mostly laid to grass which means it's a wonderful place for children to play. There's a shuttle with swings and a children's slide, a small children's playroom in a garden shed, a swing for older children, badminton, croquet, a basketball net, a superb pétanque court, table tennis and table soccer ensure that you won't be bored during your stay at La Pommière.
The huge covered terrace is equipped with a 4-burner barbecue, a large plancha (gas supplied), oven, microwave and fridge, so you can eat outside in winter or summer. A large square wooden terrace with magnificent views of the gardens and mountains seats 14 comfortably. A Nordic bath is available all year round (wood for the stove provided). The property is fully fenced with an electrically operated gate. The local council ensures that the road to the chalet is cleared of snow whenever there are occupants.
The property offers skiing in winter at the nearby Val d'Allos resorts, as well as superb walking, cycling and other activities in summer.
