This is a large traditional chalet made of solid wood (red cedar) with two perfectly symmetrical and independent flats. The flat we are renting is the one on the west north west (NW) side, on the left of the photo.
Living area rented, approximately 160 m2 distributed over ground floor + 1st + 2nd floor.
Number of main rooms: 7.
On the 1st floor, a large living room of 48 m2 including the kitchen, dining area and a large fireplace with closed hearth + a living room of 20 m2,
On the 2nd floor, 1 independent suite (bedroom, bathroom, WC), 1 bedroom with bathroom, 2 bedrooms with shower and washbasin, 1 WC,

1. If the 5th room is not required, a reduction in the rate is possible. This is 275 Euros per week in high season and 250 Euros in low season. In this case the room is not accessible.
2. For each rental, a rental contract is drawn up in duplicate. In order to confirm your reservation and as a deposit we ask you to send us a cheque for 25% of the rental amount. This cheque will not be cashed. It will be returned in full after your departure, except in the case of cancellation of the reservation less than 60 days before the planned date of arrival. It will also be used as a guarantee deposit and its amount will be returned after deduction of the value of any broken or lost objects that you may wish to report to us. In any case, this amount will not be refunded in case of cancellation of the reservation less than 60 days before the planned date of arrival.
