Close to the typical mountain village of Villars-Colmars, the Vauban town of Colmars-les-Alpes and many remarkable natural areas such as Lac d'Allos, the Lance basins, the St Pierre gorges, as well as weekly markets offering regional produce. There are numerous hiking trails directly from the chalet, as well as the opportunity to swim in the "La Chasse" river.
