This perched chalet boasts exceptional views and top-of-the-range facilities. It will appeal to lovers of silence and nature, as well as families with young children. Exceptional terrace, sauna and cinema area.

The chalet is located in the Les Clots development in Chabanon. This is downhill, about 800 m from the resort. The setting is heavily wooded, with birds and squirrels, and the development consists entirely of chalets. In winter, when there's a heavy snowfall, the Clots ski lift located 200 m from the chalet is open, otherwise you have to take the car up to reach the start of the pistes.
In summer (July and August), the chalet is 500 m from an outdoor heated swimming pool.
Please note that the shops are closed in the shoulder season, so you'll have to go to the small village of Selonnet below to find the grocery shop, bakery, post office, restaurants, etc.
