Sleeping in a castle? Commonplace, but in an icehouse it's unusual!
Built in the 17th century in the foundations of a tower, now dressed in natural stone and lime, the Glacière is a so-called white room. You will sleep there "as in the past", protected from electromagnetic waves.
The Château's elders used to fill this half-sphere with ice and snow, in order to benefit from the cold as late as possible in the season, in order to best preserve their food.
This 15 m2 room has a double bed, a Nespresso coffee machine and a kettle. A private bathroom is at your disposal at about ten meters.
In season, you will have access to the Château's stone swimming pool, overlooking the breathtaking view from Italy to Mont Ventoux.
