Located on the 2nd floor, the apartment comprises:

- a living room with a sofa, armchairs, coffee table, smart TV, table with 6 chairs, air conditioning, and a balcony
- a fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, 3-burner hob, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, and fridge-freezer
- two bedrooms with a double bed (140x190cm), two bedside tables, and a wardrobe
- a bathroom with shower, vanity unit, and washing machine
- a separate toilet

Your four-legged friends are welcome at Chez Maria (maximum 2 pets, €20/stay). Bed linen, towels, and end-of-stay cleaning are included. Wi-Fi is provided.
